1. The short version
We only collect what we need to run your artist submission and pay you. We do not sell your information. Ever.
2. What we collect
- When you submit music: your artist name, email, the service you pick, PRO/IPI numbers if you give them, your AI-use answer, and the audio you send.
- Payments: payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details — PayPal processes the payment and just confirms to us that it was paid, along with the reference code in your payment note.
3. How we use it
- To deliver Artist Hub services (mastering, art, promo, music sales) and match payments to submissions using your reference code.
- To reply to your messages and pay out artist earnings.
We do not use your information for anything else, and this site runs no advertising trackers.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share only what is needed: PayPal handles your payment. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
5. Keeping it
We keep submission records as long as needed to run the hub, handle payouts, and meet legal obligations. Email us any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
6. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
